On this small plot in the center of Arrecife, we built this residential building. With a total of 11 homes, the building resulting in very comfortable and central homes in the center of Arrecife.
With high-quality finishes and with much care and attention put into the configuration of the spaces.
It has views of Plaza del Almacén and is located behind the Maritime Avenue of Arrecife.
A curious fact that determined the current configuration and design of the building's 'hall' was the discovery of an old safe embedded in a stone wall.
When we uncovered this safe among rubble at the beginning of the work, we were surprised and wanted it to remain integrated into the new space we wanted to configure; somehow remembering the character and design of the old building.
We believe in respect for the traditional and in the beauty of integrating the new with the existing.
