Single-family Home in Conil, Lanzarote

INFORMATION

With a surface area of 160m², this house rises in Conil (Lanzarote), the plot has enviable conditions; the orientation and layout of the plot offered us spectacular views of the Island of Fuerteventura that the clients wanted to always have present in their home, this was the main challenge of the project.

It is designed with two maxims:

1) The patio as the articulating element of the house, from which the different spaces unfold.

2) Achieving a house completely open to the landscape. We treat each space as a 'small' viewpoint from which to stop and observe the spectacular views that this location has.

We consider it very important to work hand in hand with the terrain and not against it, which is why we try to take advantage of the natural elevation by positioning ourselves in the highest part and thus be able to enhance the view from the different spaces of the house.

The result, this magnificent house with nods to traditional Lanzarote architecture but with the touch of modernity and comfort that our clients were looking for.
