Single-family Home Between Party Walls in San Bartolomé, Arrecife

The pandemic has taught us to value spacious spaces, in this project between party walls we try to create an exterior space that would provide us with that spaciousness that our client was looking for despite the plot conditions. Our tool, the patio.

With an exceptional design on two floors and included garage, the house is drawn from a more "public" area towards a more private area located on the second floor.
